Bradley or D.Garcia - who's more overrated?

I think he did too. There's no way I can watch that fight and debate myself that Marquez could have won.

I can't believe people even debate if he beat Marquez. I think it's just another example how biased people are in this sport. Marquez is a beloved fighter in boxing, but he wasn't close to winning that fight.

I wouldn't say overrated but if I had to pick who's better it would undoubtedly be Bradley.
If Danny Garcia was beat by Mikey Garcia in the amateurs, Bradley would surely beat him.

'Overrated' is a subjective term. When somebody puts these guys down in their top 10 P4P lists, I can't help but feel it's apt to dub them 'overrated'.

And wins over average fighters like Alexander and Peterson do not impress me. Any half-decent fighter beats those guys.

Bradley's best win was against against a 40-year-old Marquez who has a history of struggling against any fighter who can move. Not a bad win, but not enough to be dubbed 'elite' imo.

D.Garcia's best win is against Matthysse, who many were calling a hype-job prior to the fight. As soon as D.Garcia beats him, people go on about it like he's beaten a prime Pacquiao. Don't get me wrong, I like Matthysse and think he's a very dangerous opponent, but stylistically it was a good match-up for D.Garcia, it suited his strengths (and Matthysse's tbf to Garcia).

But again, that win isn't enough to warrant the kind of hype he's getting.

Bradley just beat arguably the number 2 fighter in the world but you're very quick to point out flaws or his troubles against TRUE tough and proven opponents. No one is going to be flawless against the competition he has faced.

This is a incredibly easy question to answer. There both NOT overrated. Two of the best young american fighters in the game. In there prime. Overrated is that fool a broner who looks like $hi! At 147. I seriously think soto Karass could beat broner.

Keith Thurman isn't overrated in my opinion, because not many rate him or even know who he is. I don't see people including Thurman in their top 10 P4P lists either. Chaves is unproven but he passes the eye test for me, he looks a real dangerous fighter. He could turn out to be another Maidana/Matthysse with a few more fights in the US and a bit more exposure.

And I'm pretty sure it's alright to debate a fighter's flaws and weaknesses on here? No need to get all touchy about it. If you disagree, fair enough. Just say so and move on.
