The Peace prize is far less respectable than their other prizes, mainly because the Peace prize is very politically driven unlike the other prizes. To win the Noble prize in Physics, Chemistry, Medicine and Economics means you are in the forefront of science.

Right, so freedom of speech is not a birth right in China. Would you say it would be a privilege if someone was granted the freedom of speech in China? Yes you would, because it wasn't granted before. Now, the american constitution has granted their inhabitants the freedom of speech - that does not mean it is a birth right for a human being - the only true rights.
See, I don't have to regurgitate what I've read on Google 5 minutes ago to form an opinion on this. You simply cannot hang with me in this discussion by pulling up Google privilege definitions. As I said before, freedom of speech is a privilege given to inhabitants by various governments around the world. It is also recognized as a human right, but is one of the most disputed ones, even with exceptions recognized by FN.
It is also disputed by law in many cases. As per instance, and this could be the wrong person mind you, I believe the guitarist from queen once sued a newspaper for assuming he was gay and won. The newspaper filed for freedom of speech, the man filed for libel. He won. Why? Because freedom of speech is not an unconditional right. See where this is going?
Small minded people will resort to claiming they have a right to say whatever babel that comes to their mind, citing freedom of speech, when the right was given to people to protect their liberty - not discriminate against ********** (which is also illegal in many countries in the world including Britain and many european nations).
You are not a practicing Christian, but you think you have the position to tell me I'm not a Christian based on the fact that I don't believe it's right to discriminate, even though some perceptions of the bible will have you know that God didn't mean for man and man to be together.
It has nothing to do with what's convenient in the bible. The bible isn't meant for Christians to follow word for word. It's a book written by man, not by God! Extremists will follow the word of the bible to pin points, and wish to tell everyone else they aren't Christians because they don't live by the same standards as they do.
