Very interesting idea for a thread and it's great to see some members who rival me in age. Anyway, I've been away over the Christmas holidays so this is a fitting first thread to come back too. The top 10 best who I saw and meet your criteria are (in no particular order, don't want to tax me old brain too much right now):

    Ali
    Leonard
    Duran
    Monzon
    Hagler
    Chavez Sr
    Hearns
    Foreman
    Canto
    Holmes

There are so many more, like Foster, Hopkins, Pacquiao, Frazier, Benitez and so on.

        Marco Antonio Barrera
Roy Jones (simply untouchable in his prime)
        Felix Trinidad
        Manny Pacquiao
        Juan Manuel Marquez
        Evander Hollyfield
        Ricardo Lopez

Ali raymi - 20-0 with 20 1st round knockouts vs only unbeaten fighters. Need I say more?

Audley Harrison- Olympic gold medalist. Last time I checked, they don't give them out like leaflets. Professional heavyweights like Frazier, foreman and ali are all Olympic gold medalists. He's not in bad company.

Reggie Strickland - over 250 fights - that must be a record. Has fought people like Randall Bailey, one of the biggest p4p punchers in history.

Great list, you seem like a real old timer, what do you think of this gen compared to the others you have seen?

Great list, not sure if I'd have Toney or Mosley or Holyfield (names I've noticed on a few lists) simply cos they are convicted drugs cheats, some on multiple occasions lol.

Mosley i dont rank as high as others,,,

toney and holyfield were already hall of famers before they became drug cheats.....
Holyfield probably started after the moorer loss, and toney is wasnt till he was at heavy,, not trying to make excuses for them, but they early clean years make them great IMO

we don't know how many of those early years were clean though...
With Holy he only got caught via the US sports drugs scandal.

Toney I can give the benefit of the doubt, cos the same tests that found him guilty also had him clean for years. But I've always been of the opinion, that if a fighter is found guilty of PED use, he should be banned for good and all accomplishments erased. Not just boxing but any sport, unless there is a good enough reason.
