I can't picture Groves beating Andre Ward (this isn't the amateurs and even if it was Andre is an Olympic gold medalist so....)

        But it's a fight I wouldn't mind seeing.

Groves has talent but people are taking way too much from a good performance against an ageing Froch. I like Froch but the guy is slow, crude and clumsy at the best of times.

Groves is still a prospect in my eyes, he needs time and work. Hes noway near ready for Ward. He ought to target maybe an Abraham, Rodriguez or Stieglitz. Maybe a Bika.

He has literally nothing that would trouble Ward. He only did good against Froch from catching him early, Froch doesn't have a good defence while you rarely see Ward hit

As i've explained. the only reason Froch even won that fight was due to the inexperience of Groves, playing up for the crowd and not realizing he still had 5 more rounds to go..

Technical side of things he did absolutely nothing wrong

              He'd have learned from that.

Don't go thinking carl froch put in an immaculate performance swinging bombs and getting a controversial decision on an inexperienced fighter, it takes nothing away from George groves.. Only that it shows he now belongs at World level

He's the same fighter he was before the froch fight, or even better now. He made a rookie mistake.

Boxing is all about learning. And it really isn't a big thing groves has to work on. Settling down more and getting less excited, working through the gears and knowing he has to do 12 rounds of it

He's already been there and felt what it's like now

This is, i hate to say it but..if he loses against Ward.

It means little difference because he can come again. Or find someone else, he'll take experience from it.

Why keep blasting out poor contenders..if the money is there, and ward will have him.

Take it. Take the experience, take the money

He's rocketed up there overnight now. Collect the paydays whilst you're still hot

If another world champion will give you a shot. Take it

Groves is a serious live dog against Ward for sure. He has speed power
and movement. Ward would have to be cautious thats fore sure.
