Lol you don't have to make a boycott. If the opponent sucks and you know the fight is gonna be boring as hell, it will just sell less naturally. But May is popular enough that he'll always make good money. Ricky Hatton could come out of retirement again and fight May and people would still watch it. Sad but true.

The point is every opponent is going to suck compared to may until its pac. But based on the advertising, people are going to be persuaded to waste another 70 bux. The vicious circle of crap opponents is going to keep going until mayweather has juiced the money of all his "fans" or poor saps buying these ppvs. Then what retire and no fight of the millennium after all the marketing and rumours is said n done? I'd personally feel cheated as a boxing fan.
