Maidana did lose a lopsided decision to Alexander, but he's bounced back since with three solid/decent wins over Karass, Lopez, and Broner.

It'd be a unification. I'll be truly disappointed if Floyd doesn't pick Maidana, and opts for Khan.

Why are people tAlking about knock downs when Floyd hasn't knocked anyone down legitimately in years.

Unless Floyd changes the way he has fought for the last 4-5 years, Khans chin doesn't come into it.

That's what makes it an interesting fight. There's a blueprint to beating Khan but it's the opposite of how Floyd fights.

Nobody is talking abut KD's to indicate that Floyd would KD Khan. The amount of KD's and to who some of them came against indicate how much of a sh-tty pick this would be if Floyd fights such a fragile fighter.

But then they might ask "When was that?"

Then he'd have to say "By the time the fight happens it will be heading toward 4 years ago".
