Actually you can because they were starting to zoom in on Garcia when it happened and that's exactly what the little asian assistant Freddie Roach has was doing on the right side of the screen the moment he hit the canvas between rounds..right on the right side of the screen. It happens again numerous times during the break between rounds..look to Freddie's right everytime and notice where the asian kid is doing...

Difference is......drum roll please. Pacquaio didn't accuse rios of roiding, he didn't go on interview after interview talking about pellets, drugs, etc. He didn't even say it for Marquez when he was asked outright i he thought Marquez was on something. GTFOH..he's blowing up Floyd's twitter, Instagram, etc..the least social networking boxer in history...GTFOH with thatFunny how Pac blatantly refuses random drug testing 'cause "Floyd don't make the rules", then after getting stretched he demands random drug testing from Rios.
Rios never once thought of suing Pac for "defamation".
And now he's blowing up Floyd's phone, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram looking for a fight.
As someone mentioned before, would like to see someone ask Manny to look straight into a camera and state, "No. I never knowingly took the enhancers Ariza was giving me all this time. 'Cause I don't know what he gave me. Ariza is responsible for what he gave me."Comment

Floyd Sr. throws around false accusations like it's his job. The man is clearly on a mission to destroy Pacquiao's character. Is he attempting to redirect all discussions involving PED use towards Pacquiao to conceal the fact that a high profile journalist leaked information regarding Floyd failing multiple drug test with USADA?

Are you serious!!!!!!!! Pac got concessions on glove size and the ring size and the 10 million per pound over wt. All floyd asked for was ost. Pac did agree to ost but wanted ost to end 30 days before before fight night. They went back and forth with floyd proposed a 14 day cut off which team pac refused. And dont forget all the excuses like, im afraid of needles, giving blood makes me weak. Which was funny since he has all those tats. So it was far deeper than pac wanting to negotiate a time table for the ost. 30 days cut off was useless as everyone noted. There would be time to cycle drugs, get the benefit of the drugs and still pass the post fight urine test. It's funny how folks forget the actual details of that first negotiation. Floyd got the date, the glove size, the ring size, the locker room, the marquee, the location...all Pacquaio ever publicly asked for was equal billing. Then somehow it all became about testing but funny the only actual quote of proof of manny mentioning testing is him saying he had agreed to it all he just wanted to negotiate the time table for it..nothing about having issues with tests. I'm pretty sure the guy was oblivious as to how the tests work back then as folks were. Most people blame the boxers, testing, etc...this was doomed from the get go because of Arum and SchaefferComment

I think that the ACCUSATIONS from Floyd's side got the negotiations off to a terrible start. Then they continued on that track and it probably ticked Manny off (the accusations) who must have been thinking about how it could affect him in both boxing and being a politician. I was surprised that they got that close. It's funny how folks forget the actual details of that first negotiation. I would call it bull**** if it wasn't for the recent positive test results coming from the TMT camp but I still say innocent until proven guilty.Floyd Sr. throws around false accusations like it's his job. Of course he's not going to accuse anyone of PED drug use! He would risk getting sued as well.Difference is......drum roll please. Pacquaio didn't accuse rios of roiding, he didn't go on interview after interview talking about pellets, drugs, etc. He didn't even say it for Marquez when he was asked outright i he thought Marquez was on something. GTFOH..he's blowing up Floyd's twitter, Instagram, etc..the least social networking boxer in history...GTFOH with that
The point is he refused testing when it was clear BOTH he and Floyd would be taking it, and all of a sudden drug testing is the "IN" thing and doesn't make him weak before fights.Comment

Again i'll ask you like i've asked everyone...where are you getting your details from. Those who were actually involved in negotiations critiqued Floyd's demand list saying it was diva level shhh. So again since you know more than those people at HBO where are you getting your info from? Oh wait you read Lem's article right...who is employed by whom? Oh that's right he works directly for Oscar De La Hoya..right? Who is part owner of what? That's right GBP..Who represents whom? Oh that's right Mayweather. Now every other journalist who wrote a similar story used who as their source credit? That's righhhhhhhhhhhht Lem over at the Ring Magazine who again works for....Point made. Now onto your drug claims. Have you ever done OST? Because I have, well over a dozen times during my pro cyclist days..do you understand what a 14 day cut off means? Nothing at all..why? You still have to take the tests after the event..and guess what no steroid on earth is going to turn you into superman in 14 days of usage. Are you serious!!!!!!!! Pac got concessions on glove size and the ring size and the 10 million per pound over wt. All floyd asked for was ost. Pac did agree to ost but wanted ost to end 30 days before before fight night. Dude i'm from the old adage this is a man's sport. He disrespected a man and thought it was going to be cool to do so. He got a big fat f-u in return. I agree he stands more to lose out of the ring than in it.I think that the ACCUSATIONS from Floyd's side got the negotiations off to a terrible start. Then they continued on that track and it probably ticked Manny off (the accusations) who must have been thinking about how it could affect him in both boxing and being a politician. No he answered a question just how a man with no proof does, with class. He refused testing..show me one single iota of proof from the man himself he said no...Of course he's not going to accuse anyone of PED drug use! He would risk getting sued as well.
The point is he refused testing when it was clear BOTH he and Floyd would be taking it, and all of a sudden drug testing is the "IN" thing and doesn't make him weak before fights.Comment

No it's funny how you seem to have selected memory about the first round of negotiations. Everything was agreed upon, 8oz gloves (favoring Pacquiao) ring size, ring entrance, 50/50 split, MGM grand arena, HBO, 10 million dollar/lbs overweight fee, everything, except the drug testing.
And don't act like it somehow became about the drug testing. Before any of the above mentioned negotiations took place, Mayweather clearly stated that he wanted OST for the fight. There were interviews with both Roach and Koncz regarding this and both said in separate statements that they had absolutely no problem with OST testing. They both laughed at it, but then when it came time to sign on the dotted line they refused.
If you're going to talk about the 1st round of negotiations at least tell the entire story.Comment
