A lot of boxers get their legs rubbed down in the corner. Manny stewart always said this was a very common and big mistake. He said they think rubbing the legs help fight fatigue but actually it takes of the edge and causes fighters to fatigue faster. I cannot say this is what pacs corner was doing. By the same token you're speculating also as they never complained about cramps.

Actually you can because they were starting to zoom in on Garcia when it happened and that's exactly what the little asian assistant Freddie Roach has was doing on the right side of the screen the moment he hit the canvas between rounds..right on the right side of the screen. Funny how Pac blatantly refuses random drug testing 'cause "Floyd don't make the rules", then after getting stretched he demands random drug testing from Rios.

Rios never once thought of suing Pac for "defamation".

And now he's blowing up Floyd's phone, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram looking for a fight.

Floyd Sr. throws around false accusations like it's his job. The man is clearly on a mission to destroy Pacquiao's character. Is he attempting to redirect all discussions involving PED use towards Pacquiao to conceal the fact that a high profile journalist leaked information regarding Floyd failing multiple drug test with USADA?

It's funny how folks forget the actual details of that first negotiation. Floyd got the date, the glove size, the ring size, the locker room, the marquee, the location...all Pacquaio ever publicly asked for was equal billing. Then somehow it all became about testing but funny the only actual quote of proof of manny mentioning testing is him saying he had agreed to it all he just wanted to negotiate the time table for it..nothing about having issues with tests. I'm pretty sure the guy was oblivious as to how the tests work back then as folks were. Most people blame the boxers, testing, etc...this was doomed from the get go because of Arum and Schaeffer

Pac did agree to ost but wanted ost to end 30 days before before fight night. They went back and forth with floyd proposed a 14 day cut off which team pac refused. And dont forget all the excuses like, im afraid of needles, giving blood makes me weak. Which was funny since he has all those tats. So it was far deeper than pac wanting to negotiate a time table for the ost. 30 days cut off was useless as everyone noted. There would be time to cycle drugs, get the benefit of the drugs and still pass the post fight urine test.

I would call it bull**** if it wasn't for the recent positive test results coming from the TMT camp but I still say innocent until proven guilty.

Again i'll ask you like i've asked everyone...where are you getting your details from. Those who were actually involved in negotiations critiqued Floyd's demand list saying it was diva level shhh. So again since you know more than those people at HBO where are you getting your info from? Oh wait you read Lem's article right...who is employed by whom? No it's funny how you seem to have selected memory about the first round of negotiations.
Everything was agreed upon, 8oz gloves (favoring Pacquiao) ring size, ring entrance, 50/50 split, MGM grand arena, HBO, 10 million dollar/lbs overweight fee, everything, except the drug testing.

And don't act like it somehow became about the drug testing. Before any of the above mentioned negotiations took place, Mayweather clearly stated that he wanted OST for the fight. There were interviews with both Roach and Koncz regarding this and both said in separate statements that they had absolutely no problem with OST testing. They both laughed at it, but then when it came time to sign on the dotted line they refused.

If you're going to talk about the 1st round of negotiations at least tell the entire story.
