He put on 14 pounds of muscle in 12 months moving up from 130-35 to 147 and he kept his brutal punching power as evidenced by the oscar fight and cotto fight. Now all of a sudden he has trouble fighting timmy? If that fight took place back in 08 timmy would have been in trouble. I dont see why pac fans argue the loss of power is not su****ious when everyone knows that the power is the last to go.

Funny how you requested for proof for you to believe that Floyd used drugs for his hands prior to a fight but you appear to believe with NO PROOF that Manny took drugs. Not even Floyd and company could have showed any proof and they too were telling us that Manny must be taking drugs ..... with NO PROOF!!!!

This guy doesn't learn..I now wish they hadn't shutdown the lawsuit and Pacquaio had let it go all the way just to shut everyone up. The only guys Pacquaio fought who legitimately fought back and didn't get KO'd are Marquez and Bradley. Margarito should've been a KO ref didn't stop the fight in the 9th, Pacquaio just like Floyd respect and are friendly with Mosley they weren't going to outright embarrass him like that..both men could've gotten the KO on him. Rios fought in a shell the whole fight....and still got his face rearranged. If anything this guy is more dangerous now, because he seems to favor punch accumulation instead of wreckless one punch moments which got him put to sleep. Pacquaio's threat wasn't his power it was always the speed and the punch output and amount of damage he does to his opponents which even in losing against Marquez he dished out a whole lot of it.

Actually Manny agreed to take "extra testing" than what was required. Both Floyd and Manny couldn't agree on the terms. What either wanted was not some gold standard. So at the time, Manny wanted his way and Floyd wanted his and again, they couldn't agree by about 7 days.

I don't think that 7 days constitutes that "Manny must have been taking drugs" .... Floyd and Manny probably should have split the difference to somewhere like 17 days and we would have had a fight.

It's funny how folks forget the actual details of that first negotiation. Floyd got the date, the glove size, the ring size, the locker room, the marquee, the location...all Pacquaio ever publicly asked for was equal billing. Then somehow it all became about testing but funny the only actual quote of proof of manny mentioning testing is him saying he had agreed to it all he just wanted to negotiate the time table for it..nothing about having issues with tests. I'm pretty sure the guy was oblivious as to how the tests work back then as folks were. Most people blame the boxers, testing, etc...this was doomed from the get go because of Arum and Schaeffer

A lot of boxers get their legs rubbed down in the corner. Manny stewart always said this was a very common and big mistake. He said they think rubbing the legs help fight fatigue but actually it takes of the edge and causes fighters to fatigue faster. I cannot say this is what pacs corner was doing. By the same token you're speculating also as they never complained about cramps.

Funny how Pac blatantly refuses random drug testing 'cause "Floyd don't make the rules", then after getting stretched he demands random drug testing from Rios.

Rios never once thought of suing Pac for "defamation".
