    He'll end up around the level of guys like Danny Garcia imo

    Is there some overrating of Thurman going on? Yes, definitely. People get excited and go ****** over big punchers all the time. They can't help it

      Thurman is a couple of classes above D.Garcia. He's not just a big puncher, he can box as well. Unlike D.Garcia, he's got great movement/footwork and good speed.

        Thurman's last opponent before Soto Karrass was backing HIM up! The guy was throwing punches back, and was probably WINNING the fight before Thurman caught him ! So we'll see how Thurman does against more pressure fighters.

          Superb fighter.

          A classic boxer puncher who can ****... hard. He needs to tighten up his defence however, he does have a solid chin and we'll definitely see adjustments in his next fight.

          Seriously, right now I think he beats everyone not named May, Pac mind you, if he cracks Pac u never know what could happen.

          The Broners, Maidanas and Kell Brooks of this world need to avoid him like the plague!

              He's Berto/Broner up till this point. He could have a little more upside. He's passed every test so far but he still hasn't faced the best WW's yet.

                Thurman has the goods that's for sure. He has power, moves around the ring well and appears to be a smart boxer. He'll def be a top 10 p4p prob top 5.

                  Somewhat overrated. Foot work is ok. Got decent power.
                  Not sure close to elite.

                      sigg99; look a little deeper when reading records.
                      Karass is a decent fighter who comes to win but in his last 11 bouts he's;

                      Wins 4 Losses 6 with 1 nc been stopped 3 times!

                      Thurman has been carefully moved and is on the brink of a move but my guess is they'll wait a little longer and be carefull. Karass is his best opponent and you see how he's fared in his last 11 bouts!

                      Counting wins and losses is one thing but its who their against that gives you the meaning of them.
