It'll be an interesting match up for the most part....matchup wise though, I don't see GBP making it.

I think they'd make a Thurman fight over it (or try) and maybe match Porter up with Brook in the States.

Porter is actually kind of a bad match-up for Maidana he's really strong would make it a clinch/smothering type fight , Chino needs a little bit of space to get those big punches off Porter would be in danger before he closes distance but safer inside those bombs, despite his lack of experience it's a toss-up fight.

Their styles, strengths, and weaknesses are so different from each other that it would be a difficult pick. Porters weakness is he lunges in a times. His strength, he has excellent foot speed. Maidana's weakness is an opponents foot movement can make things difficult for him to get off his punches. His strength is now matter how awkward he can appear, he is very effective at what he does and lands his power often enough. Would not want to bet on this one. Early in Porters career he looked like garbage such as against Ray Robinson but he has improved each time out and looked better and better. Maidana also has improved his jab and set up his punches well. They both were impressive each time out lately. Both seem very respectable toward others and likable guys.

He's calling out Pac now son. Might end up doing the Sharkeisha Dance to the Pooch.

Yeah because Maidana has looked invincible in every one of his fights.

Didn't you hear?, he is too slow, doesn't' hit his opponents enough because how slow he is, he has no real power, its really overrated, terrible footwork, he is a plodder with no punch variety, no jabs, no movement etc. he is a bum basically according to most.
