It's sad when you got the supposed "p4p and atg" hard pressed in choosing to fight either Maidana or Khan. I'm telling you, Floyd is the best in fooling the American public.

Speak for yourself. I'm American and Mayweather-Khan is a match-up that I've been wanting to see for quite a while. He may not be the most deserving fighter, but Khan, with his hand and foot speed, power and incredible stamina, presents the most interesting challenge to Floyd IMO. Everybody loves Chino, but who really thinks he can compete with Floyd?? Well, who besides that guy right above me?

Because people don't like Khan, and he's undeserving. Khan could possibly win more rounds, that's even debatable, but there isn't a shot in hell he could win the fight. Maidana has power and although it would be slim, at least he at any moment could change the fight outcome and also EARNED the fight.

Khan is complete trash and is not a world class fighter, who also has completely regressed over the years. People that think Khan has any chance of really winning any substance of rounds is beyond me. People who are asking for Maidana are the same people who will come on after the fight saying well that was a mismatch and complain. Fans never learn and jump on bandwagons after a convicing win but forget the past. Maidana-Floyd is a 12-0 UD for floyd. Khan-Floyd is a much more interesting clash of styles that us fans haven't seen, the fight that will be alot closer than people think. Lets be real here, Khan will put his heart and soul in trying to win the fight like he always does, he won't come in just for the pay cheque like the others because he's already worth 25m. He will be in training for 9 months come May 3rd, whether he deserves it or not, money talks and you will all be watching it. It will do 1m in the US easily because khan is very marketable fighter. In UK with the hype they will put into it the numbers will be very strong. It's a no brainer for Floyd, the hardcore boxing fans may not want to see it but lets be honest neither do we want to see Maidana plod his way to a boring typical mayweather UD loss, like all the other flat footed power punchers that came before him.

Julio Diaz. stop trying to pump Khan up to be somebody he is not. How could you say he would be more competitive than anyone if he can't wash Julio Diaz. Floyd is way above and beyond. Maidana doesn't stand much chance either but at least he's been fighting and winning and completely dominated Floyds "lil bro".
