Guerrero only win was against Berto who was a roided up, overrated stiff. Ortiz quit against Maidana then ran off 4 wins against washed up 5 and 8 loss fighters until he drew with Peterson then beat guess who? The same overrated stiff in Berto. Canelo has also never beaten anyone and Hes probably only the 3rd best JMW behind Lara and Kirkland but he had a size advantage so I gave Floyd an ounce of credit.
Guerrero would lose to Bradley,Pacquaio,Provo,Manny,Thurman,Marquez,Proba bly Maidana and maybe even Paulie. So no, Hes not a top welter.

Who was offered 50 mil? He might have barely broken 40 million in the 3 fights since with PPV upside and only 1 one the 2nd 4th Marquez sold enough for a PPV bonus if that was in his contract. You can turn down 40 mil to get a better offer you don't when you can't. Floyd pursues have increases while Manny's have decreased.

Yes, Khan is technical but Floyd hasnīt fought brawlers in a long time. Castillo was a brawler and was robbed. Ortiz was beating his azz but he messed up. Guerrero is a brawler but freezed. Canelo is not a brawler, nor Marquez. Floyd avoids volume punchers, brawlers like Margarito, Williams, etc.
