Well it is a fan vote thing. The only conclusion you can take from this is that Golovkin is a very popular fighter.

Don't think he deserved it especially over Rigo and the others. But I wouldn't agree that Floyd should have gotten fighter of the year either.

For the fan's choice, I could see it for GGG. Where was this voted on? Online? I would assume so.

Hopefully the OFFICIAL choice by The Ring is Rigo or Danny.
