Before those last two fights, Gamboa was one of the most *electrifying* fighters in the sport. People used to liken him to a mini-Roy Jones.

Oh, and another Cuban fighter Rafael loves to diss, along with many others on this board, is running neck-and-neck with Danny Garcia for "Boxingscene's" 2013 FOTY. Looks like Rigo has some supporters, besides the "five Cubans" on this site.

Fifty cent sought gamboa solely because he was exciting.. He was really the one Cuban besides ,maybe mike Perez , that could easily cross over to the pros because they take chances and are exciting. Rafael knows that ,so he's lying . Lol at the "five Cubans"...

Gamboa is gifted. Garcia is well-schooled. This fight will be decided by Yuri, not Mikey. If Gamboa hasn't declined too much with his inactivity, his greater talent will tell.
