I agree that Mikey will be a serious challenge, but the same can be said about Yuri. Nobody's getting "****d." This is gonna be a good fight.
One of two things are going to happen. Gamboa is going to get knocked down and stay on his bike for the rest of the fight, or hes getting stopped.

That makes Gamboas chances even worse. The Mayweathers are among the most overrated trainers in the sport, of all time.

Gamboa just hasn't looked too good since Ponce. He looked less than stellar against Farenas, and Perez pushed him in that fight a bit. Gamboa should have absolutely dominated those guys.

I'd feel better about Gamboa's chances and the fight itself if Gamboa were to fight someone like Abril first.

Floyd Sr tought Floyd Jr everything, and had Chad Dawson looking better then he's EVER looked. Floyd Sr knows his s**t.

Enzo Calzaghe trained his own son too, and guess what, his son retired undefeated.

              Doesn't mean schit.

Lol at comparing Joe Calzaghe and Floyd Mayweather

One trained there son, who was a good fighter, but had like 3-4 good wins his whole career. The other one trained his son who became an ATG champion in 5 weight classes, lineal champ in 4 weight classes, and one of the greatest fighters ever.

Chad Dawson looked the best he ever did with Floyd Sr

Joe Calzaghe>>>Floyd. He actually got in the ring with the guys americans said he wouldn't. He even fought them on their home turf. Floyd won't even fight Manny 10 miles from his own house.

                    Ignorance is bliss........

Joe's only good wins are Lacy, Bika, Kessler, and a fight he should have lost against Hopkins.

Floyd has like 5x as many good wins. And we're comparing Enzo training Joe, and Floyd Sr training Floyd Jr.

It's obvious who sculpted and trained the better fighter.

Dawson looked at his best with Sr

I've been saying for years that Gamboa's upper limit is probably 135. Now we have an idea. Yuri can beat some decent fighters, but he'll probably come up short against truly good competition. I don't want to see Abril versus Gamboa; but if they did fight, Richie might be just a little too much for Yuri.
