Not really its 50 cent begging for a paycheck. Mikey tweeted gamboa himself and said if you really want to fight come to the gym and we fight right now lol gamboa got scared and moved across the country again like he did when rios was around.
the whole video talks about how 50 cent and them been acting like females, they initally turned down an offer, and hasnt even made a offer instead they just talk on twitter.

This fight is likely to be made, in my opinion, for at least the reasons I previously stated.

I don't consider Garcia as great as some say he is,he's slow,takes forever to get warmed up in a fight(like the 4th round on)..he hardly goes to the body and against gamboa you have to,something about him I just don't consider him that great,he's good but not great

I believe it will be made, Garcia camp sent them a offer before the burgos fight got made but 50 cent wanted too much money essitienaitlly priced themself out and so garcia moved on. The balls in 50 cent court he can post all the instragram pics he wants but till he makes a counter offer then he just gmmicking himself and gamboa. What does he think going to happen, they gonna do all the work for him, no hes his own promoter and gamboa is his own fighter, he has to show up, put them $$$$ on the contract and make an legit real offer.

I think Arum will give his blessing, for all the reasons I gave before, but especially because they're going to see Gamboa as a relatively easy mark at this stage.
