You think Canelo is gonna fight Molina in his first PPV headliner? I never said Cubans don't look for money fight. But they don't cherrypick their opponents either. Lara is looking for Canelo but if DeCubas puts Molina in front of him he will fight him again.

Lara should be upgraded to regular champ or whatever the fk the WBA calls it nowadays.

canelo must be very confident then cuz he will either cherrypick the guy that defeated lara or the guy that put him on canvas more than once, and lara will end up fighting who his promoters said, he has little voice when matchmaking, but at this moment he went verbal about a money fight versus a guy coming of a loss with no title, isnt that cherrypicking??

no triangle theories from me, im not the one saying canelo easily beats lara, im just saying just because he beated some guys or didnt looked good vs others doesnt mean he is going to win or loose... in fact i dont even remember saying canelo beats lara.....
anyways this poll is biased with those options...

I don't think he should fight him next. It's one for later in the year imo. Let him get a win under his belt (if he can) after his loss, before taking on the division's best.

Canelo is a boxer that is what he always does and what success he has had has come through that route. He tried his best way, if he tried to be something he isn't he would probably have lost even worse he might have had a glimpse of success here and there if it was unexpected but it would have ended very badly.



Lara is a boxer also and he has holes in his game also, just like Canelo so that would be an interesting contest~

and that's exactly why Floyd fought canelo and wont fight a guy like pac. he knew canelo would just stand there and get picked apart. he knows he can't do that against manny so no fight.

yes lara and canelo are boxers cept lara is a lot better boxer and a southpaw on top of everything. fight will never happen. golden boy is looking to ride this money train to the bank and so they have to match him carefully.

like i said before he is only 23 and according to you he should have already fought all the best fighters on his divisions, he fought and beated vazquez twice at 17, at 21 he was signed to fight williams and kirkland, and he asked for cotto, floyd or maravilla at 22, he fought trout and floyd back to back, and still you consider him a hypejob, i will like to see more hypejobs willing to make fights like that at such a young age...
anyways i will ranked lara higher right now based on his performance vs trout, and i wont take anything from him, he should be considered second to floyd only on that division... but that doesnt mean he is a mandatory for canelos next fight.. the fight should get done sooner or later, there is plenty of time for that..
