To be honest, I don't hear a lot of people calling out Ward, do you? Ward is the one mentioning Groves here, not the other way around. Ward is the one appearing on SkySports, sitting ringside for Froch fights etc. He wants Froch - because that's where the money is.

Froch says he wants Ward - and he might - because he'll make a decent amount of money, get a chance at revenge and then when he'll lose, he can respectably say he lost to one of the P4P best fighters out there. But he's not desperate to fight him.

Compare that to a Mayweather situation for example. Every man and his dog around 140-160 calls him out regularly and say they'll jump up or down for him. Because they know that if their name is called, they'll be set for life, be in the biggest event of the year, get a once in a lifetime chance of glory etc.

None of these things come with a Ward fight. If he had anywhere near the amount of pull someone like Froch or Kessler (in his prime) had, then he'd be having an easy time getting fights. But he doesn't. Everybody wants to fight Froch - because of the attention, PPV, payday, attractive fight etc.

Ward just stinks the place out too much for many people's liking. Wouldn't surprise me if HBO gave him the pass soon.

So how is any of that Wards fault? And come on my man, no one forced them. Who do you want to bring up? Is is not true Ward has been injured most of the time since the super 6?

Well, Ward had his right shoulder injured since he was 12-13 years old... In case you don't know... Now he fixed it, but he still can't throw a decent right hand...

(Ward is a great athlete and a very intelligent fighter... But this is not enough... You'll see soon that is not enough...)

Groves should fight Ward if the rematch with Froch doesn't happen.

This is very very clever by Ward. He is basically forcing Froch's hand and making him take the rematch with Groves......but why? Either he just wants Groves to whip Froch or he actually sees Froch as a serious threat so wants a way to take him out of the game. Personally I think he knows how dangerous Froch is and wants to take him out of the game (even though he did beat him comfortably last time round....couldn't hurt him though). Groves has proven that he possibly has the capacity to beat Froch but IMO he failed to look strong in the championship rounds and it cost him dearly. I have no problem with the rematch but I'm sick to death of the amount of "fans" who wont admit that Groves was in deep trouble in the ninth round. I admit Froch looked crap, I admit that Groves dominated.....but theres no way in hell anybody will convince me that Groves wasn't just about to get KTFO in that ninth round. Froch had a bad night yet still got off the canvas and took a ridiculous amount of Groves's best shots yet still won. Just imagine what the fight would look like if Froch turned up on the night in Good form. I reckon it would look more like a Froch v Bute fight TBH.

True. Ward has to man up shut up and move to LHW and fight kovalev, Stevenson or at least Hopkins. What do you do when you clean out a division? You move up one. I don't get why no one is saying anything about it.

All in good time. Why was Hagler not ostracized for not moving up or Michalczewski for that matter? He not even 30 yet with plenty of time given his style.
