Lets be honest Floyd has great skills...

But his wins aren't impressive imo

JMM was coming up in weight like 2 divisions

    Mosley was past his prime

    Oscar was past his prime

    Victor Ortiz fight looked rigged

Saul Alvarez is a protected prospect

Ricky Hatton didnt have impressive wins at welterweight

Zab Judah was coming off a loss to baldomir

You can do the same thing to most people's resume.

The fact is every fighter you named there was one of the Top 5 ranked fighters in the division being fought in and some of them Top 10 P4P.

The only one that wasn't was Marquez, but was #2 P4P.

Do you agree that Floyd didn't fight against the top welters around 07-08?

Marquez came up two divisions from 135, to a weight he had NEVER fought at

He didn't fight in 08 and the only WW he fought in 07 was Hatton which I thought was a good win but to answer your question yeah I agree.

So taking a "vacation" when the division is the most talented in the world, when you're at the top of your game is an acceptable excuse to ducking the best now?

Have some respect man. This is a sport of champions.

                  Where did I say that?

I'm very critical of Mayweather's "Vacation" in 2008 and always have been.
