Floyd knows what he's doing, that's why he calls it ''robbing the bank''.

Floyd's a psychic didn't you know? Even though these welter weights did absolutely nothing in 07 that was note worthy. Floyd obviously knew that in 2008, these same welters would be the monstars. lol

In 2007 Margarito was getting beat on by Paul Williams who was a nobody at the time. And then got beat up in early 2008 by Quintana

In 2007 Manny Pacquiao wasn't even in the division

In 2007 Cotto and Mosley fought a close tough fight, that's the only thing I can kinda hear a case being made for.

THIS WAS 2007! That's when Floyd retired, that's the welterweight division he walked out on.

He dominated him so bad that it left the impression that no matter WHAT weight, Floyd's skillset was just far too much. How is Floyd able to make EVERY single fighter he faces, look foolish and clumsey the way he made JMM look? All of them have completely different styles and he changes his style in order to dominate them without being grazed. Floyd didnt really use his size advantage to bully JMM. He didnt even walk him down he stayed on the outside and humiliated the guy. I think Floyd is the most skilled fighter in the history of the sport. I do think he ducked some guys, but I have no problem with his last several opponents. Cotto was the only one who was washed up and damaged. The other ones were a prime fighters with a variety of styles. Some tall, big, buff, strong, fast, volume punchers. Floyd been doing some legendary stuff and aging backwards!

Why does no one mention Clottey in this forum?

He's mad about that Kevin Iole article saying why Floyd is fighter of the year. You dont have to be a Floyd fan to admit that Floyd did some lifechanging things in his last fight. That performance against Nelo was enough to make allot of people look at the sport itself differently. 2mil people paid to witness it and half of them are casuals. I bet they didnt even know that boxing could possibly be executed the way Floyd showed in his fight.
