Khan won the fight, he wasn't "lucky". Close but clear.

Now Julio Diaz is derided, but this was a guy coming off what many felt was a win over Shawn Porter at the time.

I dont liek this Floyd-Khan fight either, but I can't let it cloud my opinion of the diaz fight

you'd be hard pressed to find many others with the ring IQ of diaz. Add to that his brother in the corner and that is a formidable combo. Khan working with a new trainer, new weight class, on the comeback trail. A Good fighter with a good gameplan, with a top corner, with a blueprint put him down...he got up...and in the end he had to think his way thru that fight. dont get me wrong it wasn't some huge feat but this is a guy who needed baby steps. Not a bad win, but nothing to get the Mayweather ticket, F## THAT

Hopefully the rumors about Floyd fighting Khan are all just a joke to surprise us on Christmas day with the real opponent being Manny Pacquiao...ok fine you can't ask for the stars so I'll ask for the moon, Marcos Maidana.

As a Mayweather fan I don't like this fight either but who else is their that will sale. I'm sure there are better fighters than Khan but none at 147 besides PAC that have a huge following.

Diaz is absolutely right. No matter how you twist it this fight has no business happening. Floyd is the best fighter in the world he should fight the best. Lara, Cotto rematch, Martinez, go up and fight Golovkin.
