I can almost guarantee Floyd could care a less about Manny not taking the fight but I think he wants to end the year with the last word so to speak. A normal human being would look a bit like this and laugh it off, but not Pacquiao's nut mollusks. As soon as he won, they went back to Floyd with a smaller cutoff (7 days?), then Floyd went on a lengthy vacation without a trace. Left Ross Greenburg confused, he thought progress was being made.

You're right. Even the Head of HBO Sports at the time, Ross Greenburg was upset with Floyd. I remember him specifically blaming the Mayweather side.

Bottom line, both sides are to blame for sure. But when the Head of HBO Sports puts more blame on Mayweather, it's clear who is ducking who.
