If it's credible then what's there to complain about?

Yea the level of competition was nowhere near the level of guys he's fought at 140. I think Garcia will do good against the top guys at 147, he's not a small dude and he's been struggling to get down to 140 his last couple fights.

Garcia would beat Maidana handily IMO.

He meats Floyd's criteria. Coming off a career high win. That's all that matters. Give them that regardless if they know it's a mismatch, it's a tool to defend him with.

honestly, i wouldn't even favor maidana against thurman or porter. maidana just can't compete against movers that's why he lost to average mover like alexander.

so what does that make of his chances against floyd? kaput

Style wise I agree about chino/Garcia but the fact that Garcia had it pretty tough at the end with Zab, and paulie just smoked Zab . With chino's constant pressure it might be interesting IMO .

Maidana would not stand a chance against Mayweather, but he is the proverbial underdog. People would say ''You know what, I have a sneaking feeling that he pulls it off'' before the match up; singing a completely different tune once the fight is over.

I disagree with that. Devon lost to Matthyse and Matthyse probably can't even beat Maidana because he's not as durable and has less stamina.
