Maybe a few posters are beginning to see that Arum mostly-in fact always- is replying to a reporter's question, and is far more honest than any other promoter, except perhaps Goosen; he seems to be a good guy.

Of course the vast majority of the 1/4 wits here will jump on him, not matter what he says, whether good or bad. It's an irrational syndrome...... which has an explanation !

Your logic is twisted buddy: You make the correct assertion that "Arum is well educated, wise" and imply he knows fighters well.

You then want to generalize this quality so that it becomes a matter of ethics...i.e. "Arum is in fact honest and a good guy."

One does not follow from the other. Arum and King are indeed knowlegable about the fight game...they have also shown the proclivity to cheat, exploite and be totally self centered regarding the well being of fighters, what fans want and what is good for boxing.

So before you refer to any group as below a half wit you should ironickly check your own dimwitted attempt at defending Arum.
