What does that have to do with signing a contract that Mayweather signed off on? He didn't sign because his feelings were hurt?

My guess is that Floyd got cold feet and changed his mind about fighting Pacquiao. Now he's looking to blame Arum. Notice he doesnt blame Pacquiao, yet strangely says Pacquiao cant agree to terms.

But how can you keep doing that? Only a few people are going to be buying that nonsense, when Arum acquiesced to their demands of being lead promoter.

Floyd gave his demands, which were agreed upon and confirmed by his lawyers, but then realized what he was getting himself into (risking his record, potentially getting robbed). By then the contracts were sent out.

Now he wants to move the goalposts.

Only logical reasoning I see from these latest events, IMHO

With Floyd you are dealing with someone with some serious mental disorders, so its reasonable to assume he is capable of acting this irrational.

Still believe at this hour that @FloydMayweather priority is to fight @MannyPacquiao and recent work on the TV front has been positive.

Just to add balance, Kevin Iole disagreed with that statement. He said i do not believe that to be the case. I can pull it up on my phone, but not on my computer. I obviously hope Kevin to be wrong, as he hopes as well. But there is no consensus that thing are moving in a positive direction. Just for balance.

don't wanna open up a can of worms, but just a quick question: when pac refused ped testing in 2009, was it like he just refused and negotiations were immediately off and the truth came out afterwards? or was it like they were negotiating the testing and weren't getting anywhere to agreement, the truth came out, then later the negotiations ended? was there a period of time where the testing issues came out and people had a chance to be like manny sign the contract before the negotiations ended?
