Personally, I don't like the Maidana fight because it feels like I know what's going to happen, we've seen Floyd deal with variations of Maidana's style before whereas with Khan there's at least an element of doubt due to his unique style and speed.
What's unique about his style? Seriously.

Thats a misnomer. Floyd hasn't ever fought a guy as awkward and strong as Maidana.. in his pro career anyway. Castillo is your closest guy to it. And floyd struggled with jlc. I think he would have to stay mobile in the fight... the shoulder roll wont be as effective as usual because of Chino's iron chin and mauling awkwardness. Khan, however, aint durable enough at this point.

Did Espinoza tweet that before or after Broner-Maidana?

Broner has no rematch clause so if Floyd wants that fight; that will be the fight he gets.

Floyd would get hit maybe twice flush. Too fast, too smart, too athletic. Floyd also does have a chin and is in great condition.

Miadana would look like a punching bag. The fight may be a 12 round UD.

Broner is not even 15% of Floyd.

And this whole situation screams for a Pac Mayweather showdown.
The fans dont care about Khan vs Mayweather, more would actually want to see Mayweather vs Maidana at this point.

Who were you prior to your namechange, and who did you pick to win maidana-broner?

I had it 50/50 when I looked at the sparring etc...

Miadana has the power and Broner the boxing skill and speed. However from Rees I knew Broner wasn't the real deal because I let PDL slide. Rees is a bum and a midget from the UK where I have seen him look like **** often. To land that many shots on Broner let me know he has no defence. Styles make fights but Paulie was close enough so I was certain Broner was not better than Khan, and that fight was 1 or 2 rounds for Khan for me.

Maidana has always had a nice jab and although slow, everyone can get hit in a 12 round fight and he has a hard hook to judge and counter. What he has is, if you aren't fast on your legs, he will hurt you or his power will make you change your game plan.

Castillo was notably quicker, better pure boxer too plus he got dominated in the rematch and you have to imagine Floyd's ring IQ has improved since then. I genuinely don't see Maidana winning a round. Floyd isn't going to stand there not throwing while Maidana tees off on him, he's not going to stand there period.

Obviously anything can happen in sport, particularly boxing, but on paper at least I think it's very one-sided.

I think it was after but it was a retweet, it's obviously nothing conclusive.

All of this. It's about levels and Floyd is maybe 2-3 grades above Maidana as a fighter. He's above Khan too but if Khan had a chin, who knows where he'd be rated e.g. I don't think Garcia would have beaten him (my opinion).

Maidana success vs Broner has nothing to do what will happen in a Floyd fight.
