Bob Arum took a lot of money from him so he knew the whole time Bob was robbing Pacquiao. So yeah wiring him 40 million in two days was his way of paying PAC instead of paying Arum. I mean Arum would had still got a percentage but it would had been covered by Goldenboy. However you look at it the fight could had happen if Pacquiao knew his money was basically air when managed by Arum. People think this whole thing started with Pacquiao but this spans back to Oscar De La Hoya starting out as a PPV star. Everybody been robbed by Arum on the Goldenboy side yet they still try to work with him.. And this is why Mayweather said when Pacquiao got on the phone " you can tell he's not one of the sharpest knives in the kitchen".. De la Hoya and Mayweather once they got big enough left Arum to promote themselves. Even Cotto and Marquez do not sign long term deals because they don't need to be in a slave contract no more due to popularity. Pacquiao is the only one still in a slave deal and smiles about it

Also you have very selective memory because the one who was coming with excuses first was team Arum. Pacquiao scared of needles is an automatic concern for fraudulent behavior coming from Arums team. After the third Marquez fight, Mayweather was facing court in January, expecting to start his sentence. Mayweather already had May set as his next date, arum thinking Mayweather will be serving time, decides Pacquiao to fight in May. Once the court gave Floyd clearance to fight on that day.. Arum came with every outlandish excuse I ever heard. "We need to build a stadium, down in Texas, it will take like 7 months" " Pacquiao cut over his eye needs to heal, I'm concern about his eye I don't think he be ready until June."
Mayweather doesn't care about Pacquiao finances, he just don't want Arum eating out of his fridge. That's why he said sign with TMT as a joke because Pacquiao is basically doing the slave program. Fight only in house to get big fights.Comment

This is what really happened. Your boy keep changing his demands from bad to worst once Pac agreed to the first one. Now these series of videos coming from the horse mouth are the proof Floyd has no real intention to fight Pac even from the beginning. All his ridiculous demands are just smokes in the mirror. He is always ready to rise the bar to make everything impossible for Pac to agree. You boy is a straight terrified of Pacquiao.
On the first negotiation, your boy demanded an OST. Pac agreed and negotiated for a cut off day for blood draining, in return he offered Floyd to drinks his urine everyday if he wants too. Floyd demanded for just 2 weeks cut off and the negotiation fell apart.
On the second negotiation, Pac agreed to Floyd demand (2 weeks cut off) but Floyd took it from the table as his ******ed fans had been saying but changed it to no cut off days. The negotiation fell apart because Floyd changed it for bad to worst.
On the third negotiation, Pac agreed to full testing without any cut off but your boy demanded another ridiculous demand (Pac no PPV Share) that killed the fight once again.
Now any attempt for the 4 negotiation Floyd made sure it will never happen because he demanded Pac to leave Arum, 1-2 in his last 3 fights, must avenge his losses first, etc.... Take note all these blatant ducking were video recorded came from the horse mouth. Mayweather was competing at welter since 2005 didn't fight Mosley till 2010, 5 years later and didn't fight Cotto till 2012
