All those samee homes had boxes for Manny's last several fights, which have tanked in PPV land. So back to my original point. If its Floyd who the world sees as the chicken **** and Manny the proud warrior, shouldn't those numbers be reversed? Or, does the world you speak of only consist of you and you're lil fanatical homeboys?Theres a few factors to that. BITD, PPV used to be $40 or less. Now, they're about $75. Then you have to remember that there are now more cable subscribers with boxes in their homes than in years past. Combine that with the mass marketing, and you have your answer.Comment

So basically, folks are showing up at record buyrates to see Floyd lose. Even though they supposedly know he's not fighting real threats. WOW!!!Comment

So you're a fan of Pac, so why are you watching Floyds fights?Comment

So 4 years ago he was supposedly willing to do business, 2 years ago he was supposedly willing to do business, he makes a direct offer of $40 million knowing the other guy is under contract and can't accept it, and today it's I don't want to do business. So which one is it was all that other shhhh for show or did something happen in the last 2 years that changed his opinion? I'm going to go with the first one. Frankly he could've just said this shhh 4 years ago and we would've moved on by now.Floyd might as well just stop talking about this fight entirely as should the other side..there's been so much bullshhhh from both sides you can't tell whose more full of it. You know what's funny is Floyd has had two windows of opportunity if he wanted this fight when the entire world knew Pacquaio's contract was about to be up, why not make the offer then? Why wait til he signs an extension?Last edited by turnedup; 12-20-2013, 07:01 PM.Comment

He retired to avoid Pac. Let's see how much sense that makes. Floyd retired after his 2007. Welterweight title fight with Hatton. Without looking it up, I believe Pac fought JMM to a controversal draw in their second fight, for the 130 title, in like ,ar 2008. Pac turned around and fought a bum named David Diaz a couple months later for a 135 trinket. And then, late that year, jumped to 47 to fight DLH. So when Floyd supposedly retired to duck Pac, Pac was getting his ass beat at 130 by JMM or jumping to 135 to fight a bum. WOW!!! I don't even think the boys I been arguing with aregonna back you on this one homie. At least they were watching boxing back then, which you clearly weren't. You my friend are a CERTIFIED DUMBASS.Comment

Floyd Is Gutless & Unprofessional; Why Cite All These Excuses IF Its JUST Arum???
Floyd has rambled for years it's the money, it's the percentages, it's the PPV, it's random drug testing, it's who conducts the drug testing, it's how frequent the tests need to be, doesn't want Manny training in the Philippines, it's Manny has unfinished business with Bradley & Marquez, it's he's no longer marketable, he's on the downside of his career, he needs to worry about Rios, then tells Pacquiao to sign with Mayweather's Promotional company and he knew he wouldn't being under contract, NOW it's just Arum; will NEVER do business with Bob Arum. Floyd needs to grow a set. His statement "Floyd sets Floyd's dates....Arum sets Pacquiao's dates", means nothing. Mayweather doesn't have a problem fighting others who's promoters set their fighters dates. Just typical Floyd ducking. He did it with Cotto & Mosley for over 10 years. Typical weasel.Comment
