I don't pay ppv fights to watch exhibition fights. I pay for real fights. Fights that matters. Not cherry picking fights were the outcome is obvious.

This guy just exposed himself. He is robbing fans blind but not anymore. Boxing fans knows what's up. It's exhibitions matches from now on.

A lot of spin doctors around here. Focus on the subject at hand it's about cherry picking in his last remaining fights. If you guys are up to that. Your fan boys not boxing fans lol

Sport is about over coming challenges and rising above it. Not cherry

Floyd didnt say anything bad. He just said its a business - it is. He's approaching 40, old for a fighter [sans BHop - props go out]. He wants to ensure the biggest dollar return for his efforts.

Floyd is the fighter of his generation and history will attest to this.

Floyd dines on the Ortiz, Guerreros and drained Canelos of this world. Canelo isn't a top 20 p4p fighter yet Floyd had to drain him.
Oh ok...so it's Floyd's fault that he beat JMM easily and it's not Pac's fault that he needs rematches to beat these convincingly???

I dont believe history will be kind to him at all, this kind of 'highest reward, lowest risk' talk certainly wont help his cause. Ultimately its about who you fought, not how much money you have made. Boxing fans dont care about that crap, only floydspastics do.

I wish our sport was that of the best fight the best-I truly do. The reality is that it is an entertainment business based on what sells more and what fighters benifit the most. That is sadly the truth and the reality. Long gone are the days of what you describe and that is what we are stuck resorting to.

You cannot point the finger at Floyd for doing the same things that you praise Pac for-they are both guilty of thinking business first!

Actually, people on here seem to care about whose brand makes the most ppvs...in fact they taunt if one fighters ppv sells less than desired and heaps praise if it has exceeded expectation-as boxing fans we should rejoice when fighters do big numbers because it shows that our sport is legitimized back to mainstream appeal.

Was Rios a cherry pick????? Who do you desire Pac to fight to increase his legacy if a Mayweather fight cannot be made?

I have just come to accept that as boxing is a business, then the best vrs the best scenario is only going to happen while 2 fighters are on their way up, but not at the pinnacle making the most money.
