Floyd-Maidana is a lot more acceptable than may-khan. Khan has done nothing at 147, while maidana has.

I think it's more the fact that Khan's recent fights have been lackluster. Whereas Maidana has a fresh 'upset' win, even though he shouldn't have been an underdog in the first place.
