  • It's really funny, Bonehead talking that nothing has changed, still having his party in Ohio this coming week. I guess everything's the same but the theme. Now instead of a victory party it'll be a pity party. HA!

Keith Thurman, before the card last night, voiced interest in fighting Bonehead after he gets past Soto-Karas. That would be a great one. Two losses in a row for Bonehead, and back to Friday Night Fights you go. Buh-bye now!

Sounds good right...mayweather/chino may not be entertaining to some but it makes more sense than may/khan...as of right now maidana has stole the show and maybe he's got the attention of pbf

        • Broner should listen to the Beastie Boys -- You gotta fight for your right to party.

Maidana will have the mexican support...mayweather has to be thinking of that

Chino won't win vs Mayweather, but he deserves a big payday.
Will be a money making PPV for everyone involved, and it's a better
matchup than Khan-Floyd, for the fans.

I doubt he's actually taken home more than $3-4 million total between Ponce De Leon to Maidana. And that's being generous. Subtract that by all the crap he buys, he may have only a couple of millions saved. I'm simply going off my own numbers and what I think he's earned - federal taxes of 30%, promoter, adviser, corner fees. I would be surprised if his bank account has more than $3million. He probably got a guarantee in the low to mid 6 digit figures for each of his fights against PDL, Litzau, Rodriguez, Perez and Escobedo, added all together after taxes he couldn't have surpassed $1.5million, and then I think with DeMarco, Rees, Malignaggi, and Maidana he might have a total of another $2-2.5 million net pay and that would be a lot. So he really hasn't made much yet and lives that "flashy" lifestyle that sucks up money from young black athletes.

                    • ..............this is sad to hear. He hasn't learned a damn thing. CLUB??? Club appearances??? Seriously he's still thinking of the social media life and the rap artist life?? SMH I hoped this beating would wake his @$$ up, and I hope this is only him trying to save face. But this idiot needs to make boxing is ONLY focus. All the other ish is why he's not performing to the enormous potential that he has. What a sucker he's being. Sad to be a fan of his and if he doesn't show a better hand I wont be a fan of his forever. But for now I back him as I did before the whopping. AB still one of my dudes and is a great fighter and it showed even in defeat, what also showed is that he is still immature and can act classless. Here's hoping to he wakes up on Monday with a more focused mindset.
