He didn't just lose, he got exposed badly. We saw what kind of fighter broner really is if he faces a real fighter. It's more than just a loss to broner fans, they know he was never the man they thought he was.
Broner will never be anywhere near boxing P4P best. Broner fans were holding on to that notion by a thread, and by the end of last night it was completely gone. The mystique and appeal to broner is gone. It's gotta be disappointingComment

I wouldn't say he "got what he deserved." He lost a boxing match. Nothing more, nothing less. And what most of the folks that are so happy he lost as if they've accomplished something great in life don't realize. They're the reason AB was put on the pedalstal he was. Its not the people that like him that made him a lightening rod. Its the people that hate him. And what they also don't realize is. He's touched them so emotionally that he's still just as, if not more marketable now. Unlike Floyd, AB is a guy you pay to see get his ass kicked. And guess what? There's a good chance he's gonna get his ass kicked. Where as with Floyd. Even though they hate on Floyd and say he hasn't done this, that, or the other. They know deep down he's as great as he says he is and he's gonna win. Now, AB is almost a vunurable villian. Almost like a Mayorga x 10.Comment

The Racket Squad: Wild Child In a World of Trouble
Adrien 'The Delusional Bully' Broner has been revealed to be a mega marketed little boy lost with a personality and ego larger then his skill set.
He is a child.
A tough child but a child none the less.
Marcos Maidana is a man.
A man who has explored his darkest heart and skillful passion.
He knows exactly who he is.
I witnessed Broner's determination being eclipsed by his lack of character for 12 hard stanzas last night.
Broner attempted to quit in that 8th frame in Texas.
Make no mistake about it.
The punk in him was out in full force.
Until the issues of manhood and character are addressed, Broner will fall deeper and deeper into a fistic abyss, having been betrayed by the beast he believes himself to be, a Club and a gloved fist thrown in anger.Comment

Don't see it like that. But that's likely because I've been following this game enough to see many guys I like, and hate, get their ass kicked. So its not really a big deal.Comment

Boxing speaks to our individual dreams, efforts, craft and character.
Broner betrays those fundamental standards and reasonable, hard working fans react.
Broner is not simply a self promoter, he's a humiliation machine.
Yeah.
In that respect he certainly got what he deserved.Comment
