Its not the people that like him that made him a lightening rod. Its the people that hate him. And what they also don't realize is. He's touched them so emotionally that he's still just as, if not more marketable now. Unlike Floyd, AB is a guy you pay to see get his ass kicked. And guess what? There's a good chance he's gonna get his ass kicked. Where as with Floyd. Even though they hate on Floyd and say he hasn't done this, that, or the other. They know deep down he's as great as he says he is and he's gonna win. Now, AB is almost a vunurable villian. Almost like a Mayorga x 10.
Ppl put him on that pedestal to see him fall...he fell and his haters are happy...it can't get any better than that...he's done

This.......broner fans trying to keep him relevant by saying he's still a draw...maybe he is but not as much...we all saw what we wanted to see and the first time is the best time and the most memorable

I thought he was taking maidana serious but it was clear he doesn't train as hard as he claims and he really thought he could go in there and make easy work of maidana without a firm gameplan. he has no footwork amongst many other holes in his game that now people will see they can exploit
more like he isnt as good as he claims, he trains alright, he was fighting till the final bell, only he got his ass kicked. Don't play it off like it was him being simply under trained. He doesn't have the legs to make use of his speed, yeah he's quick but hes stationary.

I know Chino became a fan of him AFTER THE V.O. FIGHT. Not his #1 kinda fan but his hardhitting style etc etc. I do have my fav fighters win or loose but that's me. But when they anounced this fight n having witnessed Malignaggi give Broner a fight I tought hell yea Chino is going to give that fool some good old fashion hard hits. He sure did n took his belt. What more could we ask for?
Personally, I don't get the whole emotional investment in sports' teams and in the case fighters. And this is coming from a person that lives in SEC country. Where folks are fighting, killing, burning down trees, and God knows what else because their team won or loss a football game. To me, Maidana won a boxing match and AB lost a boxing match. And there's no deeper meaning to it than that. But that's just me.

          • Good attitude there AB. If you're so worried about partying, just retire and rid us of your ******ity.

            • This guy should be on suicide watch right now. Seriously, I sort of feel sorry for AB right now.

              • I believe that he ejaculated when he dry humped Chino. As we all know, *** drains the energy from a boxers legs, and from that point on he boxed poorly.

Therefore he should get a rematch, and this time no humping.

And my answer to that is. If what happen last night is "as good as it gets." Anyone who feels like that should probably find something a lil more meaningful to live for.

Denial is Broner's closest friend, it staves off reality. He can never admit to himself that he's a self centered, arrogant, egotistical little prick, or his house of cards would come down around his head.
