but.... yall "new" maidana fans are pretty sad lol. i see you guys, putting him in ur sig saying hes ur favorite, hopping on the bandwagon. just like yall matthysse fans that hopped off after the danny fight. can't stand bandwagon fans stick to ur guy win or lose or you were NEVER a real fan to begin with
If you're a Maidana fan you should be happy that he made a lot of new fans; it is good for his future fights, and means he succeeded as a fighter by leaving with more fans that he started with.

To me, he's just frontin. He's probably not going outside at all for two weeks and will just sit around and cry. You could tell after the fight that he was absolutely crushed emotionally. Even if he manages to go to a party, it's just a useless cover-up for the pain he's going through inside.

Of course he trained hard and took Chino seriously. Problem is, AB doesn't understand that boxing is a full-time job. He doesn't understand that boxing is a lifestyle. Now, you don't have to be a total gym rat like a B-Hop or a Mosley. I don't put Floyd in B-Hop and Mosley's league when it comes to being a gym rat because I don't think Floys's the type of guy that's back in the gym training the week after a fight like those two. But what Floyd does, as well as a Pacuiao, is never allow themselves to get as outta shape as AB was coming into this camp. Its all well in good to train hard. But if you continually put yourself behind the 8-ball getting outta shape, its gonna eventually bite you in the ass. And it did last night. Would him keeping himself in better condition between fights have helped last night? Maybe, maybe not. But it sure as hell wouldn't have hurt.

After seeing Broner try to butt ram Maidana at the end of the 1st round, I really don't wanna know how this guy "parties" :bukkake:

You talk as if that's a bad thing. As a fan of his, I'd be a helluva lot more disturbed if he WASN'T crushed.

yeah for real... like one guy said to me earlier, it's cool he made new fans. but to say you're a diehard chino fan only because he just beat broner and because it's cool now makes u look like a bandwagon fan. Just like after matthysee lost, all the sigs, avi's and matthysse bandwagon vanished. i was a matthysse fan before, and still am. i back the fighters i like (only a few) win or lose, i dont hop on the bandwagon posing as somebody im not.

don't get me twisted new chino fans, it's cool that he made u a fan. but it's a lil sad if you're trying to look like a diehard sayin you've backed him forever when ur just backin the flavor of the month again... just sayin.

No, it's not a bad thing at all. I didn't mean it to sound like that. Just saying that I think he's just trying to 'save face.' And he'll be doing the opposite of what he says.
