Another thing. HW boxing is today dominated by eastern europeans. The HOF selection is biased towards fighters who fights in the US. Dont take my word for it. Take Cliff Rold's. He is a voter and has said that himself. There May not be other HW HOF'ers than the klits from this era, but that just might be partly attributed to the fatyank bias.

    What is the NBA?
Which of the current era's fighters, other than the klitschko's, do you think deserve a place in the HOF? You must believe that someone does, since you bring it up.

Bat, are you claiming Wlad's resume is better than Lennox's? I think this calls for a new thread.
They are relative fresh and will have about 10 years of career left.

I didn't say Wlad has a better resume than Lummox. Just that they where close. Close as in about 1 place in the HW all time ranking as I see it.

No. Quite the contrary. Some of the fighters in the HOF shouldn't be there.

Maybe combined they will. There's no way in hell that Wilder is going to last ten years. Or Pulev. Fury might, but he'll never be a force.

Well, I disagree - but that's besides the point. In terms of resume, Lennox has beaten far better fighters, more #1 contenders - has avenged his losses, beaten the man who beat the man, beaten the recognized champ - and of course beaten Vitali Klitschko - one win that stinks all over everyone of Wlad's wins - and it wasn't even Lewis' best win.

I agree some fighters shouldn't be in the HOF - but of the top off my head I can't remember any heavyweights that unfairly got into the HOF.

Lennox has the better resume, but Wlad is getting up there close to him when we talk HW ATG status; look for Wlad to become the first undisputed HW champ since Lennox this or next year.

Resume-wise, Wlad can still add some good names over the next couple years too.
