Maidana is a good puncher but not this devastating puncher that some people hype him up to be. Ain't no way he hits harder than someone like Canelo who happens to be much bigger than him.
Canelo's power is overrated. And Maidana was badly hurt from the body punch in round 1, took a lot of steam out of his punches. Plus he was tired when he started catching Khan late in the fight.

I believe it Maidana built his career on single hard punches, Canelo hits you with two or 3 at a time and just beats you down if he can.

Maidana has proven this not only by his record but by the fact that he's put pretty durable fighters down on a consistent basis.

So dumb that a poll is included. The man that took a lot of punches from these guys is the one that can actually tell you

I am going to go with Josesito's assessment since he has been hit by all three.

My eyes tell me different because I saw Canelo destroy Lopez with ease. Fighters do this all the time.

I believe him Maidana is one of those heavy handed guys.

Lopez might be right. I know earlier he said Canelo was faster, better and hit Harder than Ortiz. I voted For Canelo as the hardest puncher and I think Maidana is 2nd and Ortiz is in 3rd. place. All three fighters hit very hard and their punching power is probably close to the same.

I think Maidana's power is slightly overrated. Probably going with Canelo on this one.

Did he even knock him down? Hit him like 1000 times, Maidana whooped Lopez with a few punches.
