Is that from DMAA or a pre workout containing it and people assuming its the DMAA and not one or a combination of the other ingredients?

At a guess I'd say it was more likely from caffeine or Beta alanine.

I've used it and never have I felt this way from it & you could get an hours high and crash off coffee/caffeine & just about every other stimulant.

Ive been lifting 10 years and have tried plenty of supps (vast majority work marginally at best) including dimethyl products.

-Creatine provides superior long run gains

-DM is an effective stimulant, but it is not coke...Ive posted on bbing.com for years. MAny of the posters greatly exaggerate the effects of supps.

-Neither of these products are anywhere close to steriods (test,etc..)

Still, if its banned you pay the price
