    Why is Stevenson so underrated?

Is it because of his past?

I've felt this guy has been underrated for a few years now and I still feel at 36 or whatever, hes getting better!

I think he beats Froch (Hes a better southpaw version of Groves IMO) I have no doubt he stops B-Hop. I think Kovalev is a toss up but its like no matter how many times people pick him against him and he proves them wrong they just won't give him any respect.

    Dawson kills him.
Cloud is going break him in half.
Bellew is going to outbox him.
It just goes on & on.

You throw enough darts, you'll hit the bullseye eventually.

I think he deserves some credit, especially from a lot who keep getting proven wrong by him.

Its a bit like Danny Garcia. Always counted out (hold my hands up I've done this time & time again)
He just kept proving everybody wrong. Then there was Lucas 'The boogeyman' in this case its Kovalev who nobody wanted to fight and was expected to kill him inside a few rounds.

Stevenson deserves a lot more props than hes receives. He is a good fighter and showing more & more dimensions to his game.

Totally agree. He's the best 175 pound fighter in the world IMO.

I agree. Stevenson keeps improving and winning even when many doubt him. I think people don't like him because of his past. They don't believe in him because they believe he has a weak chin.. He just got caught in the Boone fight. He thought he was going to finish Boone and got taken out.

Stevenson reminds me of Sergio Martinez. They have a similar style. They even have a similar career path.

Well I'm not impressed and his offense is too one dimensional for me, eventually he'll get exposed for it. Yes he set Bellew up nicely towards the end but he looked real amateurish looking for the same punch every time and continuously missing, that showed how limited he is. Not impressed with his resume nor Kovalev's for that matter which is why they should fight each other.

He still a work in progress but he looked better in his last fight. I think he will be hard to beat in that weight but the Russian is a hard hitting bastard!

Like a lot of boxers who people try to discredit it's going to get harder, and harder to do so if he keeps winning.

Its because people see Kovalev and ****** like they do for Lucas, GGG, and Provodnikov. If it wasnt for Kovalev everybody would be all over Adonis.

Kovalev is good but he hasnt beaten anybody like Adonis, Dawson or even Cloud. I actually want himvto fight the Cloud/Bute winner if Adonis could somehow fight BHop.If not those two need to fight next. Then Dawson could try to redeem himself vs the Pascal/Bute winner.

He did get brutally KTFO by a journeyman only a couple of years ago. It's understandable.

Very one dimensional imo. paw's with the jab and throws the straight left, has no right hand.

I think Hopkins, Ward and Kovalev beat him badly.
