I think he's playing a role, performing his character, and about 95% of what comes outta his mouth is bull**** and probably 180 degrees from what he truly feels or believes. The only time I listen to AB is when he says something without the Floyd mannerisms, the lil Floyd studder, without a Floyd quote, without the Floyd swag, or anything else that is Floyd. Which is NEVER in front of a camera.

My question is. When was AB every this murderous puncher? He has a good KO ratio. But he complied it mostly in the prospect stage of his career. A lotta fighters KO a lotta tomato cans early in their careers. I think AB is a solid puncher. But he's much more of an accumilation guy than a one punch KO guy.

He was at lower weights against lesser opponents he outweighed. His power really hasn't come up with him. The same could arguably be said for Chino although he has KO'd 3 opponents at WW, including the normally durable JSK

I agree. Even though Broner isn't a dangerous puncher, anything can and does happen in the ring. Kid just lost his life the other day in an amateur bout. Maybe Broner should be the one to get that **** end of the stick.

I the AB's KOs early in his career had more to do with the level of competition than anything else. Chins get better as you step up the comp.

As for AB saying what he said. You know I'm not with all the blood-n-guts ****. I mean, I can enjoy a brawl but its not what I most enjoy. But it seems like to me that people take offense depending on who says it. If Maidana had come out and said "I wanna kill this mutha****a." I doubt very seriously many here would object. Not necessarily you. But I think it would have received a warm reception on here. I could be wrong though.
