Broner is going to beat his ass, or beat him to death. Broner's words. And then you'll have to look for a new fighter to watch because that will be it for Argentine boxing-for now.

We will see on Saturday, don't hate on broner though if he gets beat, give Chino some credit. I've got many favorite fighters so i'm not only bothered about maidana's results. thanks for caring though. To be honest i just want to see entertaining fights more than anything although i will admit i would enjoy watching Maidana beat Broner for the title.

Cant knock Boner for this fight. It'll be interesting to see how he copes and I think he will cope well with Maidana. Chino is all heart and a fearsome puncher, but he has plenty of vulnerabilities and limitations.

I have a sneaking su****ion that Boner is going to try and make a fast start in this fight to try and get Maidana's respect, get him off his game a bit so he can set about outboxing him 3 thru 12.

If Broner handles Maidana with ease, meaning he either stops him while dominating most of the fight, or wins a 10-2/11-1 type of decision, I think he has the goods. But I don't thin he will. Broner hasn't shown very great footwork or an ability to adapt if Plan A doesn't work. His work rate is also terribly low in there.

It will be interesting. I'm still picking Broner by decision though.

I watched Malignaggi-Broner yesterday, and one thing I noticed is that Broner leaves himself open for body shots too much.

Guys, don't confuse an intimidation tactic with reality. Fight talk is fight talk. Please understand this.

Fight talk is fight talk. "Beat him to death" isn't fight talk. It is murder talk and DOESN'T BELONG IN THE SPORT OF BOXING. People actually die in the ring, and it is nothing to joke about or use as hype building.

Think about all of the times that Matthysse's fans reminded us of how he was going to beat Garcia's ass. "If he dies, he dies" was the anthem of Matthysse fans. Now you clowns are acting hypocritical because you want to take Broners words to heart. Foh...

I am one of the biggest Matthysse fans on this board, and I never ever said that about Garcia. I said "Matthysse by KO" several times in posts during the build-up to Peterson, Garcia... I am not a clown or hypocrite in this instance.

I believe Maidana can KO broner if he wont chase the head from the start and will work on his body for first 6 rounds. and from round 7 start to mix body and head I see him knocking Broner out in round 9.
As for Thurman I believe he is pure puncher with good boxing skills and now he will face a fighter with some brawler skills, I see him going in and out and moving a lot, and I believe he will destroy Jesus in round 8.

No one can dispute Broners talents and speed, but he's not facing, De Marco or Gavin Rees at lightweight

He's fighting a tested welterweight, that has KO'd his last 3 opponents

He can act like Floyd (used to) all he wants, dance, disrespect his opponents, talk all the trash he wants, but inside the ring he's no Floyd

Broner is hittable and we'll see how he takes a puch from someone who isn't afraid of taking one

This is going to be a statement fight, he either shows he's real or he'll be exposed as a fraud

I really think he's going to get KO'd, I say Maidana by TKO 9th
