Some of you kill me with your nonsensical comments talking about Broner is going to KO Maidana. Please tell me someone of note that Broner has beaten to-date. Sure the kid got mad skills but he ain't no Floyd Mayweather and most of you seem to put him on the same pedestal. It took Floyd years to get to where he is today with a lot of adversities (Corley, Judah, Mosley, Chico etc..) in the ring. Sure someday he might be there but right now he is still untested and this fight here will truly be his first true test. Maidana has had more knockouts than Broner has had total fights. Limited or not, Maidana is no slouche and as a puncher you always have a chance therefore I wouldn't at all be shocked if Maidana knocked Broner out come Saturday. Besides power, I like his jab and the little wrinkles Garcia has incorporated and don't forget Maidana is one nasty dude too so all of Broner's shenanigans is not going to fly with him. If Broner is smart, he will stay out of range, come in and out, rip Maidana's body non stop, outwork him and hope his conditioning holds up but he ain't knocking out Maidana. You can take that to the bank.

Just stop. Broner won, and that's it. Just stop lying to the masses.

Only card that was wrong was the card that had Broner winning 9 rounds to 1. Other than that, he won.

This is really a great fight and nobody can say Broner isn't fighting a top guy. Now saying that, Maidana certainty hits harder than Pauli but doesn't have nowhere near the speed or boxing abilities that Pauli has. If Pauli had more power he would have a better record that is for sure. Pure boxer with skills just no power to get the respect.

This fight will be a great one and I believe that both guys have a chance to win! The winner should be the one getting Khan or one of the Top Rank guys Bradley/Pac/Pro. Yet I would love to see Khan vs Pauli II as well...

Broner has no choice but to go for the KO in San Antonio. He can't pet it get to the judges.

Broner will be ready for power, the thing to watch for is maidana's technique. Did he developed some head movements, did his speed got better with garcia and alex. These things are his factor in winning the fight

Not saying that AB's beaten a who's who of world beaters. But he has beaten three guys that are currently rated in the top 10 in a division by Ring magazine. I'm pretty sure that rivals most anyone in the sport.

Let's be honest, nobody is giving Maidana much more than a punchers chance, albeit a very good one.
Knowing about the opponent's power and actually feeling it are two different things. Broner's the naturally smaller man. I doubt he brings his power to welterweight. We don't know how his chin is, especially in this weight class. Maidana's power will be something to look out for. If Marcos has also honed his boxing skills under Garcia, Broner could have a tough night.
