Not surprised. I'm glad HBO put Rigo back on but it also went against a Showtime card that was better. It's like he was set up for failure. The HBO card was pretty bad on Saturday even though the Kirkland-Tapia fight turned out to be good.

Fact is, Rigo is boring and no on likes that style except the 13 purists on this site.

By contrast, Showtime's viewership on Sat night: Lara-Trout 429k viewers, Bika-Dirrell 446k, Porter-Alexander 515k, Malignaggi-Judah 640k.
People want to see action for their money, blood and guts warriors that entertain them. People don't take time out of their normal lives to pay to watch two cowards run and avoid each other inside a ring. Customers want to see something that gets their adrenaline going for their hard earned money.

Let's see if it goes down or to 1.1 million next time
They would go broke in no time.
Rigo best bet is to fight as a undercard co main event on big ppv's. He cannot headline an event, the arena was empty and you can see people yawning and walking out.

Yep! Damn, look at that lol (and it was empty on every side too btw). Take a look at the Tapia/Kirkland crowd, the place was packed. I was going to take a few photos Saturday because it is truly a sight to see. Then he talks on interviews like he is some sort of destroyer, which is even sadder.
