If Manny n Floyd don't fight they should become friends like Rocky n Apollo. Floyd could school Manny on earning more money n Manny could teach May to be more humble. Why would top rank take care of manny taxes?

Are you from the US.. Do you have a job,, if so when you get your paycheck, doesnt your employer already withhold the taxes,, Its basically like that, but manny maybe deemed an independent contractor much like how strippers are.
Plus Arum has already been on record as saying that manny has paid his taxes and that top rank fully complies with the tax code, but with this news it seems they havent been.

What did Arum say? I can't see the quote, but one thing I know about lawyers is that they're prudent when it comes to covering their tracks.

Arum basically said that manny pays all his taxes to the IRS when the phillipine BIR came looking for payment and froze his accounts,, but now it seems that bob was lying and manny hadnt paid taxes to the IRS

It's just not possible that the IRS is purposely going after Pacquiao for no reason. Something is up and Pacquiao has nothing to do with it(where the money has been going), it's Top Rank and Koncz.

Ol Bobby boy said so much % comes out of his purse for taxes handled by Koncz.......something is very fishy here!!!!
