You know we will be out there for sure. I believe that Hialeah Park casino will take a gamble and host Rigondeaux next fight. With a solid undercard I do see 3-4k fans show up for a good night at Boxing. This year has been the worst year for Boxing here in South Florida there has been nothing but crappy cards.

I know one thing every boxing card I've been to in Miami has been full of fine chicks. In Miami and in the world the rule....... "Where ever the hoes goes, the people will show" applys all the time down here.

Rigo alone would not sell well in Miami. His looks don´t help and even though he´s Latino cause he´s from Cuba, many Latinos consider him an African. If there are other Latinos in the undercard, that would help. Miami could be a great venue for boxing, specially Latino talent. Cubans appreciate sports and are the majority in Miami, specially baseball and boxing and Miami is the gateway to Latin America due to its geographical location. Rich Latinos outside the US would fly to Miami if the card is good, specially rich tourists from Mexico, Colombia, Puerto Rico, DR, Venezuela, etc.

about time. I've always said to put his fights here in Miami. Time to start bringing bigger fights to Florida. You got Cotto and Verdejo for Orlando and Riigondeaux in Miami.

Guys, No promoter in their right mind is putting Rigo on a card let alone a headliner. Did you not see people constantly walking of the arena, the fight was a stinker.

When you are supposed p4p 2 or 3 and heading a card you have to bring the entertainment.

There is no way he fights in the first quarter next year, he is toxic no one will touch him, regardless of how great of a defensive fighter he is.

                Rigo career RIP.

                    Because of freaking Jersey Boy?

I say make a card with Gamboa fighting Mikey Garcia and Rigo fighting Donaire again. That would be an interesting Boxing After Dark card, you can hold it at the BT&T Center or see if you can get it at American Airlines Arena, but BT&T Center is known for holding boxing matches.
