A fight between those 2 would be a fight of counter punchers. When 2 counter punchers fight they always try to make the other lead so they can counter. But in this situation floyd would have the reach and height so he will be able to get in range easier that Rigo where as rigo would have to sell out to get in range. Once rigo sells out (he would have to) he then becomes the agressor and he would get pot shotted when he trys to jump in. Floyd would have no problem doing that for 12 rounds.
