He may not go ballz to the wall but Agbeko is a fighter who has never ever been stopped and he usually fights reckless how the fk was Rigondeaux supposed to take him out when he was weary and scared hands up all the time break his leg?

Only thing Rigo lacks is an opponent of his same class that wont **** his pants when he gets countered by a hard body shot.
    Took the guy's soul?? GTFO

If he had that killer instinct and an inside game. And a chin he could rely on , he would have gone inside and put in some work. Some body shots. Uppers from the inside.

It's like giving a sudoku game to a person that has never seen it before. They'll be like "ahh **** this". But Agbeko was forced to at least sit in front of the puzzle for 36 minutes , with somebody (Rigo) in his ear whispering very softly "haha , you can't do it"

I don't have a problem with how Rigo fights. He doesn't take a lot of chances, but that's just not his style. He's a master boxer.

This is Rigo's Achilles heel??? Get the **** out if here! When I heard Max Kellerman say that it was ****ing ridiculous.

Rigo has a solid beard and has been dropped 2 times in his whole life. Cardoba scored a flash KD and Donaire literally cheated his way to land a solid hook on Rigo and Rigo fell got back up and wasn't wobbled or hurt and continued to whoop Nonito ass.

Time to put the Rigondeaux has no chin myth to bed

Your missing the point that I was making. Counter punchers are reactionary fighters. Rigo will have much more exciting fights if he was fighting aggressive come forward fighters. If you put 2 counter punches in the ring together then you will get a Rigo vs Donaire type of a fight. They will just wait on each other all night. Rigo is like 32 so don't expect anything to change. JMM loves to wait on his opponents because he is a counter puncher as I said. He doesn't have great foot movement nor great pure boxing skills. He is just very great at countering his opponents and his skills are heavily sharpened in that area. Rigo is more of a pure boxer/counter puncher. Rigo can box on the outside IF he has to and he can sit back and pick off his opponents by countering what they throw.

Its not really a problem for me. Not that it would matter if it was. Just some observations. Gamboa has more killer instinct , he goes for the kill. He goes inside more. He is chiny tho. Very similar in talent. Both guys are in a league of their own.

Sad that Gamboa is a moron.

Rigondeaux just lacks REAL competition (not hype jobs) to the point that Arum wants to try and rush Lomechenko along thinking that guy is just going to somehow blow Rigondeaux away just a few fights into his PRO CAREER...GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!

Stop b1tching about a guy style, how about you tighten up your skills and come up with a way to defeat him!

When did boxers and their fans become such crybabies about other fighters style? News Flash, your favorite fighter is not "Great" or "P4P" anything if he can only do well against fighters with Certain Styles

Ain't nobody *****ing. People calling Rigo boring. I say he plays it too safe. Because of those things.

Yeah lets put the Rigo is chiny myth to bed because who has landed flush on him that he took the punch like a biscuit.

When you are able to transform a fighter because he is scared to get hit so much that his 100 punch a round usual drops to a fraction of that that is the quintessential meaning of taking somebody's soul he Shang Tsung's them. If he would have been doing anything softly Agbeko wouldnt have turned yellow and gone into his turtle shell Rigo is a master counter puncher but even the most offensive minded guys would have failed to take out a guy like Agbeko who goes into survival mode just ask Pacquiao.

He tried but couldn't get the guy out simple as that if Agbeko would have opened up (And we all were waiting on him to including Rigo) but he would have knocked him the fk out which is how counter punchers get most of their k.o's but the dude to everyone's surprise lost his soul legitimately got humilliated .

Like Lara, he needs to fight on the inside and that's the only way they might get fans to support them. They're almost unbeatable on the outside, but they have to show their versatility a bit more. Angulo brought the best out of Lara and made him fought out of his comfort zone, but i don't see any fighter out there who can force Rigondeaux to do the same thing. He's just too skilled for his own good.

But aggressive come forward is exactly what Agbeko is supposed to be. If Agbeko shelled up against JMM fearing being counter punched, JMM would have forced Agbeko to fight by going on the inside. That's something Rigo has no idea how to do. It's what he lacks and it's what will make his fights boring for the rest of his career.

NOBODY will ever fight Rigo with a come forward brawling style again. The jig is up and fighters aren't that ******.
