          the guys who stay too long are usually the greatest. Look at these names, they're of the guys who were born to be warriors. Ali and everyone else kept fighting because that was the thing he knew how to do and loved. Too bad his body couldn't keep up, but to tell someone like that to quit is too hard, they should make the decision by themselves.

                      Fighters who stayed too long? How 'bout fighters who didn't stay too long. That's a much smaller list since about 80% of fighters fight past their prime, just some worse than others.

                      Most popular ones obviously: M. Ali, Meldrick Taylor and Rays Robinson and Leonard.
