You convienently ignore that he beat JMM.

i've seen that fight. he clearly lost. he fought a hometown strategy not to get ko'd and doing just enough to make it close. still a loss though. so overrated.

          JMM beat him imo.

He'll be remembered in Indonesia, but that's it.

he will be remembered by the ignorant indonesians who don't know sh-t about boxing(tm roger mayweather) the smart indonesians will realize this guy was pulling their leg for ten years and never amounted to a hill of beans.

Thank goodness this reign of imaginary championship is finally over and BTW if you really scored the JMM a win for John your a tard and know nothing about how to score a fight he clearly lost.

                    I thought he'd never lose.

It's hilarious that he fights the calibur of fighters he does and has still managed to lose.

                    John for the HOF!!!

Please show me where I said John was great.

As for the JMM fight, I thought it could have gone either way. And for someone who *****es and moans about all the bad decisions he's been on the ass end of. JMM never to my knowledge asked for a John rematch. Not in the US. Not even in Mexico. Why was that?

As for Sven Ottke. Remains the lone blemish on Calzage's run at 68. Very unfortunate that one didn't happen. I think Joe would have been a big favorite.
