it's a case of ... "I don't care that floyd and TMT have said they don't want the fight or don't think pacquaio has qualified for the fight etc etc ... I just love the taste of floyd's jizz so that must mean Pacquiao is the one ducking"
The two times the fight was actually being negotiated though, it wasn't Floyd.

It wasn't Floyd who turned down 50-50 in 2010 with a 14 day testing cut off, and then proceed to fight Clottey. It wasn't Floyd who said let the commission do their job for over 2 years.

Then you could say Floyd back tracked when he said no to 50-50, but does Manny deserve 50-50??? Floyd has the two highest selling PPV's ever, and routinely does more revenue with the same opponents. Floyd did the same amount of buys with Ortiz was Pacquiao did with Cotto and Oscar. But even then, it wasn't Floyd who was in love with the idea of fighting May, until Floyd got cleared to fight in May, all of a sudden if became June because the out door stadium wouldn't be ready till then, and Manny's cut needed more time to heal.

I think everyone can easily see the real reason it hasn't happened, Arum. Arum said he'd never work with Floyd after he split from Top Rank, and Floyd said the same. It's time to accept it.

the tests were agreed to in 2010, there was a good video with pacquiao answering all the questions, said testing aint an issue, can be tested between rounds

floyd ignored it for about 2 years though, even though the tests weren';t an issue here was floyd continuesly bringing up testing, saying pacquiao doesn't wanna do the testing, but there was also that side issue, about how much money pacquiao makes compared to him, how he is the a-side, how he doesn't wanna do business with arum
he knew pacquiao had agreed to the testing, he ***in rode the sht outta that "he dont wanna do the tests" crap tho

honestly it would have likely happened in 2009 if pacquiao and arum weren't trying to play games, my guess is arum persuaded pac that he doesn't need to fight floyd now, take some other fights, make the big payday further down the line

That video showed what an idiot Manny was with regards to needles and blood testing. That was a time he was still very religious, very catholic, and very superstitious. Floyd messing up his routine was pure gamesmanship and Pac would have nothing of it. The thing is if the NSAC wanted to do full bloodtesting at that time Manny would have submitted to it. He just had a problem with Floyd calling the shots like he was the boss. We know in 2009 who was the boss, it wasn't Floyd.

So it's just 2009 that floyd knew about drug testing? Bull****, drug testing was only just for pac? Isnt it funny, fake retirement, drug testing, no ppv, pacquiao ur next?, all are given facts that only floyd nuthuggers tend to evade.

Now the latest is pacquiao who?

yeah it was basically: Floyd - "he don't want to take the tests"
Pac: "i'll take the tests they can even test me between the rounds"
Floyd "uh .... he don't want to take the tests"

But what about the videos in the summer of 2011 where Pacquiao and Ariza were saying let the commission do their job???

To be honest, I wanted Floyd to fight Danny Garcia next. He and Tim Bradley are the most deserving right now. Bradley is Top Rank, not happening. Pacquiao is one fight removed from being KO'd in devastating fashion. I want the fight to happen but it's not happening. Floyd and Top Rank ain't working together, Arum made that clear in 2006, as did Floyd.

I don't buy into this ego, especially with the money being involved. Negotiating gravitates towards parties dictating to one another, so it's extremely ****** not to undergo testing because it was being dictated to you. I'm a fan of Andre Ward and like Manny he was ****** enough to draw that card but that's another topic.
