However I think he's saying that since he already beat Ortiz, he doesn't want to be treated like garbage at the negotiation table. He has other options other than a rematch vs a guy he already beat.

He did besides that Guerrero hasn't really been heard of you would think he would call out the winner of Alexander-Porter or Broner-Maidana since those fights could easily be made.
